Last Sunday I went to Farehealthy in London’s Borough Market. This was an ingenious idea by Rose and Shelley who wanted to bring all the healthy food, exercise and wellbeing providers together in a more bespoke way then an event at the eXcel! Tickets are incredibly hard to get and they sold out within days. If this is something you are interested in then I recommend following Farehealthy on Instagram so you are ready to pounce when they are on sale.
In addition to a general admission tickets I also chose to pay to do Frame’s Beyonce Dance class. The GA ticket allowed me to attend various free cooking demos and I really enjoyed Tanya’s raw food cheesecake. After seeing how easily she whipped up this delicious creamy dessert I’m on board with travelling to her café in Notting Hill and trying her other yummy foods. My other favourite discovery was the mindfulchef, a paleo food delivery box of my dreams. If you have read my earlier posts you would know that I enjoyed Hello Fresh deliveries or many months for the convenience and the variety of recipes they had. The only reason I had stopped was my intolerances to wheat and diary. This is now all solved with mindfulchef and I will let you know after a few deliveries my verdict.
The most fun I had was the dance class where we learnt 30sec of Beyonce’s ‘Crazy In Love’ routine. I have to give kudos to the Queen of Dance as I was exhausted after an hour and she dances so many amazing routines in her show without breaking a sweat! If you are looking for a fun workout I would encourage you to go to Frame and give them an hour of you life!
Happy Hump Day!
